It’s Rib season folks! Nothing better than smoking some ribs in the sun using my @pitbossgrills from @kentbuildingsupplies This method for making ribs is super easy. All you need to remember is 3,2,1. Set your smoker to 250 and smoke your dry rubbed ribs for 3 hours. After three hours remove the ribs from the smoker and wrap them in tinfoil. I like to add in butter, maple syrup and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Throw the tin foil package back on the grill at 250 for 2 more hours. Finally, remove the ribs from the tinfoil package, sauce them up, and let smoke for one more hour at 250. Boom! You are done! Dig in and serve with your favourite summer time sides! My go to is jalapeño cheddar corn bread!
